Booking Terms and Conditions
Rainforest Retreat, Tamborine Mountain, 9–11 April 2027

Booking and payment
Your place is confirmed once your $500 deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on 1 February 2027 and will be charged automatically to the card used at booking. Bookings made after 25 January 2027 are paid in full at checkout.

If you need to cancel
Your $500 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your villa with the venue.
If you cancel before 1 February 2027, you’ll receive a refund of anything you’ve paid beyond the deposit.
From 1 February 2027, the full retreat price is non-refundable, as payments to the venue have been made. If we’re able to fill your place from our waiting list, we’ll refund what you’ve paid, less the $500 deposit.

Passing on your place
You’re welcome to transfer your place to a friend at any time before the retreat, at no cost. Just email us their name and details, and they’ll complete the booking form.

If we need to cancel
If My Sisters Retreats has to cancel the retreat for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund of everything you’ve paid. We’re unable to cover other costs, such as flights or travel, so we recommend travel insurance.

Health and wellbeing
Our yoga and relaxation sessions are suitable for all levels. Please let us know about any injuries, health conditions or pregnancy on your booking form, and check with your doctor if you’re unsure whether the retreat is right for you. You’re always welcome to rest or adapt any practice.

Changes to the programme
We may occasionally adjust the schedule, for example due to weather, while keeping the heart of the retreat the same.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
